The "Staff" tab is used to specify each member of the staff that will receive forwarded emails.
The "Mail Server" tab is used to specify the email accounts from which emails are downloaded from. It also contains settings that affect how the emails are forwarded back out.
The "Settings" tab contains miscellaneous settings that affect the operation.
The "Rules" tab is used to override the processing of certain types of emails.
The "Modifications" tab is used to make alterations to the forwarded emails.
The "Statistics" feature reports statistical information about the number of emails forwarded over time.
The "View Archive" window allows you to examine the archived emails. Both received and forwarded emails can be archived.
The "Compose" window allows you to manually send a lead to a staff member.
